reservedbyDalianLandReserveCenter,compensationforreservewasRMB50
million.Moredetailsoftheabovesaideventandmaincontentofcompensation
agreementofreserve,pleasefoundinResolutionoftheBoard(2013-018)andNotice
ofReserveforPartoftheLandUseRightoftheCompany(2013-020)thatreleased
onChinaSecuritiesJournal,HongKongCommercialDailyandJuchaoWebsitedated
19July2013.
Currently,theCompanyenteredintothe“CompensationAgreementofState-owned
Land Use Right Reserve” with Dalian Land Reserve Center, and the first
compensationforreserveRMB40millionwasreceivedon31July2013.
