phaseI,andwonthebiddingcompetitionforthereconstructionprojectofShenzhenSEG-Hitachi
IndustrialZone,ShenzhenHeadquarterBuildingofShenzhenRainbowShoppingMallLtd.,
ShenzhenCITICBankBuilding,ChengduHuazhiPlazaapartmentbuilding,HebeiLangfang
SheratonHotel,andNajingJiangsuBankBuilding.Totallyninecurtainwallprojects.
FangdaNewMaterial(Jiangxi)Co.,Ltd.–oneofthefully-ownedsubsidariesoftheCompany,
hasenteredthesupplyingcontractofaluminiumplateswithChongqingGuoruiCenter.
II.InfluenceoftheprojectontheCompany
1.TheabovecontractsaretotaledtoRMB468,007,877.36,accountfor34.70%oftheturnoverof
2011.Theproceedingperiodoftheseprojectsareusuallyfrom6to18months.Executingofthese
contractswillcontributetoincreasingofprofitin2013andsucceedingyears.Howeveritis
dependentontheactualpracticeofthecontractsregardingprepayment,engineeringprocess,
receiving,andclearance,etc.ThusthetheirinfluenceontheCompany’sbusinessperformanceof
2013andsucceedingyearsshallbedependentontheactualresults.
2.TherearenoassociatedrelationshipsbetweentheCompanyandtheaboveemployers.
3.TheaboveprojectsmakenoinfluencesontheindependencyoftheCompany’sbusiness
operation,andwillnotmaketheCompanydependentontheseprojects.
4.Theprocessesofprepayment,implementing,contractprogress,materialcosts,testingand
acceptanceareuncertainfortheirinfluencesonthefinancialsituationoftheCompany.
