ShenzhenFangdaDecorationCo.,Ltd.–oneofthefully-ownedsubsidiariesoftheCompany,has
recentlywoninthebiddingcompetitionforthecurtainwallprojectsofJiayuePlazalocatedin
Shaoxing,Zhejiangand339ProjectinChengdu,andenteredthecontractsofYinshiPlazain
Chengdu,andthephaseIIofZhejiangCixiIndustrialProjectWholesaleMarket.
II.InfluenceoftheprojectontheCompany
1.TheabovecontractsaretotaledtoRMB216,489,716.76,accountfor18.63%oftheturnoverof
2010.Executingofthesecontractswillcontributetoincreasingofprofitin2012andsucceeding
years.Howeveritisdependentontheactualpracticeofthecontractsregardingprepayment,
engineeringprocess,receiving,andclearance,etc.ThusthetheirinfluenceontheCompany’s
businessperformanceof2012andsucceedingyearsshallbedependentontheactualresults.
2.TherearenoassociatedrelationshipsbetweentheCompanyandtheaboveemployers.
3.TheaboveprojectsmakenoinfluencesontheindependencyoftheCompany’sbusiness
operation,andwillnotmaketheCompanydependentontheseprojects.
