The Company has pre-communicated with the accounting firm on the major matters related to the
estimated performance. There are no significant differences between the Company and the
accounting firm on the estimated performance of this reporting period. The estimated performance of
this period has not been pre-audited nor reviewed by certified accountants.
III. Statement for performance variation
During this reporting period, by gradually increasing the talent and capital investments on key
driving factors, such as R&D, teaching, marketing and service, the Company’s online business still
grew fast while the offline market was steadily promoted in spite of the adverse effects bro ught by
the pandemic. The advantages of OMO model shined brighter. The Company’s leading position in
the industry oriented by R&D as well as its comprehensive strength have been strongly enhanced.

The estimated result above is only preliminary calculation performed by the financial department of
the Company. For the specific financial information, please refer to the Annual Report 2020, which
