  The Company and all members of the Company’s Board of Directors confirm that all
  information disclosed herein is true, accurate and complete, with no false or misleading
  statement or material omission.

  The 26th Meeting of the 8th Session of the Board of Directors of ADAMA Ltd. (hereinafter
  referred to as the “Company”) held on August 19, 2020 approved the Repurchase Plan for
  Part of the Company’s Domestically Listed Foreign Shares (B share), which is subject to the
  approval of the 3rd Interim Shareholders Meeti ng in 2020. For details, please refer to the
  Announcement of Resolutions of the 26th Meeting of the 8th Session of the Board of Directors
  (Announcement No.2020-40) and Repurchase Plan for Part of the Company’s Domestically
  Listed Foreign Shares (B share) (Announcement No.2020-44, hereinafter referred to as the
  “Announcement” ) published on the website www.cninfo.com.cn onAugust 21, 2020.

  In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Repurchase of Public Shares by
  Listed Companies (for trial implementation) and the Implementation Rules of the Shenzhen
  Stock Exchange on Share Repurchases of Listed Companies and other relevant regulations,
  the Company herein discloses the names of, the types of, the number of shares held by, and
  the holding percentage of the top ten shareholders and the top ten shareholders not subject to
  trading moratorium that have been registered on August 20, 2020, the preceding trading day
