Recently, Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JMC” or the
“Company”) received government incentives of RMB 400 million appropriated by
Nanchang Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The aforesaid
government incentives are related to income and will be recorded into the profits and
losses of the Company in 2022, in accordance with the requirements of theAccounting
Standards for Business Enterprises No.16 - Government Incentives. The specific
accounting treatment is subject to the results confirmed by the Independent Auditor.
