Theequitydistributionschemeforyearof2018underthenameoftheCompanyare:1.AcashdividendRMB0.5forevery10shareswillbepaidtoalltheshareholdersbasedonthecurrenttotalnumberof843,212,507shares(includingtax;aftertaxisdeducted,RMB0.45forevery10sharesheldbyA-shareQFII,RQFIIandindividualsandsecuritiesinvestmentfundsholdingrestrictedsharesissuedforstockreformandnew-restrictedshares;forindividualsholdingotherrestrictedsharesandnon-restrictedoutstandingshares,differenttaxrateswillbeappliedonthedividend.AdividendofRMB0.5forevery10shareswillbedistributedfirst.Thetaxªwillbedeductedaccordingtotheactualshareholdingperiodandnumberofsharessoldbyinvestoraftertheequityregistrationday;forsecuritiesinvestmentfundsholdingotherrestrictedsharesandnon-restrictedoutstandingshares,fortheHongKonginvestorsholdingfundsharesaccordingto10%tax,differenttaxrateswillbeappliedonthecashdividenddistributedtothemainlandinvestorsholdingfundsharesfornon-residententerpriseotherthanQFIIandRQFII,theCompanywillnotwithholdtheincometax.Taxpayersshallpaytaxwhetheritisaccrued;theafter-taxcashdividendforB-sharenon-residententerprisesisRMB0.45forevery10shares.Differenttaxrateswillbeappliedonthecashdividenddistributedtodomestic(overseas)individualshareholders.AdividendofRMB0.5forevery10shareswillbedistributedfirst.Thetaxwillbedeductedaccordingtotheactualshareholdingperiodandnumberofsharessoldbytheinvestoraftertheequityregistrationday.).
