Shenzhen SEG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") released the
"Abstract of 2022 Annual Report" (Notice No.: 2023-009) onJuchao Website on April
27, 2023. After verification, it was found that, in the Company's "Abstract of 2022
Annual Report", some data in the "(1) Mai nAcco unti ngData and Fi na ncial Indexes in
Recent Three Years" under the "3. Main Acco unti ng Data and Financial Indexes in
Recent Three Years" in the sectionof "II. CompanyProfile" are wrong and are hereby
corrected as follows:
