referred to as the Company) hereby confirm that there are no any fictitious

accuracy and completion of the whole contents.
Person in charge of the Company Zhu Junming, Head of Accounting Lu Yuhe
and Head of Accounting Institution (Accounting Supervisors) Wen Jieyu hereby
